How agencies respond to reviews
To respond to a review, simply click on the 'respond' link next to each review.
You'll then see a form where you can respond. This has been associated to the review in question, so make sure you click on the review you wish to respond to.
Once you've submitted this, you'll need to verify your email address, so keep an eye on your inbox. 📩
We then verify your identity as the correct agency. Once we've been able to do this, we will publish your response. Your response will be published from the agency, not you personally, so please make sure you have permission to respond before completing the process.
How landlords can respond to reviews
Currently, landlords who wish to respond can only do so manually, however we're working on making this process easier.
If you're a landlord and you wish to respond to a review, click on the 'respond' link (same as agencies), then on the "landlord" link at the top. We will guide you through this process on our live chat. 😀
Rules when responding to reviews
Please refrain from any of the following:
- Vulgar or aggressive language or tone
- Attempts to threaten or blackmail the reviewer
- Responding with personal details about the reviewer, their housemates or tenancy.
- Duplicate content from previous reviews. (Your response should be unique and related to that review).
What to do if you believe the review should be removed entirely
We do have a 'review and remove' process, however we make all attempts to resolve the issue before removing a review. The final decision is at the sole discretion of Movem.
